While the Travel & Tourism sector has proven its resilience, time and time again, destinations and the private sector alike can learn from the experiences of others, to minimise the possible impact of crises.  This session will bring together public and private sector leaders to share their insights and experience, as WTTC, in partnership with Global Rescue, launches its Crisis Readiness report. This inaugural report includes never before seen data quantifying the impact of 90 crises around the world as well as concrete recommendations and best practices focusing on how to better prepare, manage and recover from crises.
