Sport and tourism are two industries that continue to grow as they push the passion points of millions of people worldwide every day. Both sectors continue to connect on many different levels, with nations keen to host major global events, such as the Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup competitions, and destinations all over the world accommodating major sporting events every week of the year. Hosted by Discovery and its premium sports brand, Eurosport, this session brings together tourism leaders from multiple destinations that have invested in sports events to discuss why they remains such an attractive proposition.
