Facebook's Groups feature is a powerful social media tool to build communities where members can ask questions, share experiences and have conversations about your hotel. Groups can help to eliminate barriers to booking, that result from the lack of information or misinformation online about your hotel. They are a great way to build an authentic relationship with guests, from initial enquiry all the way through to repeat bookings.

This session looks at the difference between Pages and Groups, how to create a successful Group and avoid “Group Death”. Our expert speaker will share her ideas on how to build engaging content strategies based on Group insights and explore the challenges of managing a Group.
