Debbie is the Managing Director of Four Travel, the specialist tourism consultancy and integrated communications arm of Four Communications with offices in London, Cardiff, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi and affiliate offices worldwide. Four is an associate member of the United Nations World Tourism Organisation

Debbie has more than two decades' experience in tourism consultancy. She has advised tourist boards, airlines, hotels, cruise and ferry companies, online brands, and major tour operators and travel agents. Most recently she led the development of a domestic tourism strategy for London & Partners which is the delivery partner of a new Domestic Tourism Consortium for London.

Debbie is a strong advocate of responsible tourism and is currently a trustee of the Travel Foundation and a supporter of Friends of Conservation, and Tourism Concern.

Debbie's team has undertaken extensive influencer work worldwide and she has acted as a Special Advisor to the Global Professional Travel Bloggers' Association. Four Communications also delivers innovative digital transformation services ranging from Mapper360 digital research to Four Footprints a new service tracking whether people advertised to subsequently visit a destination.

Debbie is frequent speaker at conferences such as World Travel Market and Arabian Travel Market on subjects as diverse as destination management, digital transformation, digital marketing, destination branding, crisis communications and influencer marketing
