Jenny studied Management and Tourism (BSc) at the University of Surrey where she graduated with First Class Honours in 2007. She spent her third year of University on a placement at hotel consultancy firm, TRI Hospitality Consulting, where she took on a full-time role as a Consultant at the end of her studies. Jenny stayed at the company for two years where she predominantly worked on financial feasibility reports for new hotel and leisure complex developments, in the UK and across Europe, before taking a leap into the travel marketing field. Her first marketing role was at travel giant, TUI, working across Hays & Jarvis, Thomson Tailormade and Jetsave, as a Brand Marketing Executive. This role gave Jenny exposure to a multitude of channels and mediums before she moved to Sandals and Beaches Resorts’ UK office as Digital Marketing Executive in 2010. After successfully helping to plan the digital marketing strategy for the Company, Jenny was promoted to Digital Marketing Manager after six months, moving on to become Head of Marketing for the business in 2014. Jenny has been in her current role for almost six years and celebrates her milestone tenth year anniversary at Sandals and Beaches Resorts in 2020.
