WTM and Traverse Presents - When is a Follower Not a Follower?

6 Nov 2017, 12:00 - 13:30

WTM Global Stage - AS1050

Authentic numbers, how to spot the gamers and what you can do about it?

When it comes to hot topics in digital influence, the fake follower argument has definitely been the big one of 2017. This session will look at what constitutes a ‘real’ follower, how to spot who’s not being truthful with their numbers and spend time looking at the best ways to work with influencers in the minefield that is follower numbers. We’ll hear from multiple influencers and brands as well as host a panel where we’ll see that even when it comes to doing things the right way, there are still grey areas that need exploring and debating.

For entry to this particular event, please ensure you are registered for all three days of WTM London. Please click here to register.

Seats within the session are on a first come first served basis.
