Please supply us with as much information as you can in order for your event to be considered and allow five working days for your submission to be visible in the Virtual Media Diary of Events.
All events must include a start and a finish time to be included. If you have further information to submit or any queries on the form please contact Maria Tilev.
If you are running an event outside of the ExCeL, your event can still be included in the Media diary of Events as part of London Travel Week.
You will need prior written agreement from the Organisers. The Organisers reserve the right to stop any performance they feel is causing a nuisance to any other exhibitor. Please be aware that children under 16 are not permitted within the exhibition halls at any time during World Travel Market London - this also applies to any demonstrations you are having on your stand.
